About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join their support team in Mahikeng . In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about insurance policies and services. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences will be key to maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.

This hybrid position combines in-office interaction with the flexibility of remote work, ensuring a balanced approach to supporting our customers in the North West province.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and general account inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
