Aster Group is seeking a Complaints Officer to manage and resolve customer complaints. You will evaluate, classify and record issues, act as the main contact for customers, and provide guidance to colleagues to ensure timely resolutions.
You will write formal complaint responses, maintain clear communication, and support learning to improve service delivery across the region. A hybrid working arrangement is offered with regular office attendance and travel as needed.
