Role Description  The Customer Relationship Executive (Hospital) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with hospital clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries and concerns. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with hospital stakeholders, gathering feedback, addressing service issues, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

The role also involves supporting business development efforts by identifying client needs, suggesting service improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The executive will be expected to represent the organization professionally, maintain regular communication with clients, and contribute to long-term client retention.
