Bilingual Call Centre Rep - Work Remotely

Based in Markham, this role requires 2-3 years of call centre experience and involves managing the CMMS database after a 3-4 week training. Your responsibilities will include handling customer calls, documenting information accurately, and maintaining a professional demeanor while working independently in French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email

• Fulfill requests and document interactions

• Maintain equipment history and work orders in CMMS

• Follow up on calls and escalate issues when necessary

• Organize and manage filing systems efficiently

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service or call centre experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Excellent French communication skills, written and verbal

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision

• Flexible with shift timings, as needed
