Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets. Research and recommend destinations, travel itineraries, accommodations, and activities. Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements using various booking systems. Provide clients with comprehensive travel documentation and pre-departure information. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their travels. Requirements Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related customer service role within the travel industry.

Extensive knowledge of diverse travel destinations, popular tourist attractions, and travel trends. Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online booking platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple bookings.
