Your new company My client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation with a reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service.

Operating from modern offices in Wrexham, they are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor / Order Processor to join their busy and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with a background in manufacturing, order processing, or supply chain environments who enjoys taking ownership of customer accounts and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process.

Your new role The position is being offered full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place, working from home two days per week.

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor / Order Processor, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, processing complex orders, and acting as a key link between customers, production, logistics, and internal departments.

You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.

Some of your duties will include but not limited to Managing customer accounts and building strong long-term relationships.

Processing high volumes of customer orders accurately through the ERP system.

Liaising with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure delivery schedules are met.

Providing customers with updates on lead times, stock availability, and order progress.

Resolving customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.

Supporting junior team members and acting as a point of escalation for complex enquiries.

Preparing quotations and processing amendments to existing orders.

Monitoring order status, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.

Working closely with internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Producing reports and maintaining accurate customer records.

What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within a Senior Customer Service, Order Processing, or Customer Account Management role.

Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or production-led environment.

Strong order management and administration skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Confidence liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
