- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired adventure experiences.
- Research, plan, and book customized adventure travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, safety precautions, and necessary travel documentation for adventure trips.
- Utilize GDS and other booking systems to secure reservations and manage client bookings efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and destination management companies.
- Handle client inquiries and provide support before, during, and after their travels.
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, with a strong focus on Adventure Travel .
- In-depth knowledge of adventure destinations, activities, and associated risks.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other booking technologies.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively in a remote setting .
