• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role , preferably in insurance or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
