Key Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer questions and concerns regarding products and services.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the product and service teams.
- Ensure all customer communications meet the company's standards for quality and professionalism.
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an online or remote capacity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
