This role focuses on ensuring clients receive timely and accurate support, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution. You will act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery. • Manage and respond to client inquiries and requests via multiple channels.

• Previous experience in a client service or account management role is highly desirable.
