As a customer service representative in the online gaming sector, you will assist players and ensure they receive professional and efficient support. You will communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them with questions about their account and resolving issues.

This is a full-time position with rotating shifts. The standard shifts are 8 hours per day, but there is also a night shift from 22:00 to 08:00. These are 10-hour shifts, with a 4 days work, 3 days off schedule. During work hours between 22:00 and 08:00, you will earn extra.

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Assisting players with account-related questions and problems
• Providing clear and accurate information about services and processes
• Solving customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Documenting customer interactions in the internal systems
• Working in rotating shifts, depending on what the company needs
• Participating in the onboarding program, including 2 weeks of full training followed by a 2-week buddy program when you start

Experience in customer service-like roles such as customer service, hospitality, reception, or similar

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Friendly, responsible, and reliable personality

Ability to remain calm and think of solutions when dealing with customers

Comfortable working with computer systems and understanding new tools

You speak fluent Dutch
