Trainer Online Travel Agents​/Airlines Industry

TP Indonesia, Bali site is looking for an experienced and motivated Trainer with an airline industry background to join our team in Bali. This role is ideal for professionals who have previous experience delivering training within an airline, BPO, or customer service environment, particularly for airline-related operations.

• Deliver training programs for airline customer service teams
• Facilitate onboarding and product/process training for new hires
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees
• Monitor trainees’ progress and identify areas for improvement

• Experience in a Training/Trainer role
• Familiar with GDS systems
• Previous experience in the airline/aviation industry is required
• Experience training customer service teams, preferably within a BPO or airline-related account
• English proficiency at C1 level, both spoken and written
• Able to work onsite in Bali
• Indonesian citizenship
• Available to join by 8 October 2026
