What would you be doing:- Handling multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Managing customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring timely responses across different projects.
- Working on multiple tasks and projects at the same time, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.
- Operating in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts, ensuring consistent support coverage.
- Engaging with customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face (real-time) environment, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- 1 year and above of experience in Live Chat or Customer Service roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at the same time while Maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high service quality.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset, able to quickly understand new systems, processes, and product knowledge with minimal supervision.
- Good academic background, experience in BPO or similar industries is an advantage.
