- Develop and deliver informative and engaging tours, both virtually and potentially in-person, adhering to set scripts or developing original content.

- Interact dynamically with tour participants, answering questions and fostering a positive experience.
- Utilize virtual tour platforms effectively, ensuring smooth technical execution and audience engagement.
- Manage group dynamics and ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
- Adapt tour content and delivery methods to suit different audience types and interests.
- Proven experience as a Tour Guide or in a related public speaking or education role.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the history and culture of relevant tourist destinations.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual meeting and presentation technology.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for customer service.
