Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers and logistics partners. This role involves managing the order process from receipt through to delivery, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.

• Serve as the first contact for customer and logistics inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer orders and shipments.
• Track order progress and inventory levels; liaise with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues.
• Handle customer claims and complaints independently, issuing credit notes when necessary.
• Create and maintain customer-specific work instructions, ensuring they are kept up to date.
• Process consignment and export orders accurately within the system.
• Contribute ideas to improve departmental processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and external service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Completed MBO diploma, preferably in Customer Service or related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role, ideally within the food industry.
• Flexibility to work on-site three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with
  -possible remote work on Monday and Friday.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
• Experienced in working quickly and accurately, with a structured approach.
