Online Consultant (English Speaking)
We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Online Consultant to join our growing team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no previous experience to kickstart their career in the online consulting industry.
As an Online Consultant, your main responsibility will be to provide online support and assistance to our clients, who are primarily from Indian background. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing product information, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable interacting with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You must also have a strong understanding of Indian culture and customs to effectively communicate with our clients.
In addition to strong communication skills, we are looking for candidates with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards learning new things. As an Online Consultant, you will be required to stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to our clients.
