- Manage daily direct email correspondence with Design Studio customers.
- Gather project needs, provide custom pricing quotes and product guidance.
- Assist the DS team in various tasks to ensure flawless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in customer support or relevant customer-facing roles.
- Experience using Zendesk strongly preferred, but not required.
- Fast learner, hard worker, outstanding communicator, customer advocate.
- Creative freedom: employees speak into products, identity, and approach.
