- Manage incoming support requests across phone, chat, and email, triaging and resolving issues efficiently.
- Research complex issues using historical data and internal knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- At least 2 years of technical customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and remote access tools.
- Full-time, fully remote role aligned with Pacific Time.
