Customer Service Representative; Fully Remote

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, correspondence, fax, internet, and in person.
• Research and analyze each inquiry, interpreting policies to determine the appropriate action.
• Ensure satisfactory resolution of routine and complex issues, documenting all interactions and tracking trends.

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive topics.
• Proficiency in using PCs and Microsoft Office, with familiarity in telephone systems.
