Training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn how to research destinations, work with clients, coordinate reservations, and navigate travel-industry systems.

As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with planning vacations and other travel experiences based on their individual interests, preferences, and budgets. You may research resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, excursions, activities, and other travel options while helping clients stay organized throughout the planning and booking process.

This role requires someone who is dependable, willing to learn, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment.

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
• Help clients compare travel options based on their individual needs
• Coordinate reservations and review booking information for accuracy
• Prepare itineraries and organize important travel details
• Communicate updates, deadlines, and relevant information to clients
• Maintain organized client records using online systems
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning process
• Participate in training and continue developing destination and industry knowledge
• Build relationships with new and returning clients
