Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) - Ukrainian-speaking - 100% Home Office
We are now looking for Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for the Flixbus Inbound Project - one of the leading brands in European long-distance travel.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flixbus passengers, assisting them with friendliness, empathy, and professional solutions.
Your Responsibilities:- Handling Flixbus customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Responding to questions about bookings, schedules, baggage regulations, etc.
- Resolving customer issues, complaints, or rebookings.
- Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
- Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) - required for training and system navigation.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in travel/tourism, is a plus.
- Digital affinity and confident use of standard PC applications.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong customer focus, patience, and excellent communication skills.
