Specialist , Customer Support Operations; Fully Remote

• Manage an assigned portfolio of cyber incidents and data breach cases with minimal supervision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal specialists.
• Coordinate breach communications, data processing, and project administration.

Qualifications:

• One to five years of project management experience or equivalent education.
• Three to seven years of client-facing experience in a high-pressure service environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and data-cleaning functions.
