Reservation Services Specialist – Remote

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Reservation Services Specialist to help clients research, coordinate, and manage travel reservations.

In this remote role, you will gather client preferences, compare available options, explain reservation details, and provide assistance throughout the booking process.

We provide vacation planning and reservation assistance with a focus on clear communication and careful coordination. We help clients understand their options and keep important booking details organized.

• Respond to reservation inquiries and booking requests
• Gather dates, preferences, budgets, and other relevant information
• Research accommodations, flights, cruises, and ground transportation
• Compare availability, pricing, features, and supplier policies
• Provide accurate information about reservation options
• Coordinate booking details with suppliers and service providers
• Verify names, dates, itineraries, and payment schedules
• Assist with modifications and special requests
• Maintain organized reservation records
• Follow up with clients before and after bookings
