Customer Engagement Specialist; Fully Remote

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
• Negotiate, follow up, and ensure quality assurance for all consumer concerns.
• Document and report on consumer interactions, and assist with eCommerce transactions and payments.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in a consumer-facing role preferred.
• Experience with multiple tools, Google Suite, and call center communication preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently in a virtual team.
• Dedicated workspace with hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
• Ability to work remotely in a structured schedule with various shifts.
• Open-minded approach to feedback and evolving policies.
• Hourly pay range: USD $15.50 to $16.00.
