Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑centric Online Consultant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English‑speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients through various online channels (chat, email, social media) to understand their needs and provide timely solutions
- Provide product information and technical assistance to clients
- Address client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem‑solving
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross‑selling or upselling our products
- Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to effectively assist clients
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task
- Tech‑savvy with knowledge of online platforms, social media, and chat tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work full‑time with some flexibility in schedule if needed
