Admissions Inquiry Representative ; Fully Remote

• Manage inbound patient inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
• Provide program information and discuss insurance and finances.
• Document calls and input data into various systems.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiry calls and respond quickly while routing to appropriate departments.
• Schedule patient screenings and conduct reminder calls.
• Resolve patient requests and overcome barriers to move forward.

Qualifications:

• Part-time 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday 4-8 PM EST.
• 2+ years call center or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
