Remote Client Support Representative

• Manage and resolve incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues, providing clear, concise instructions for resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support cases in the company’s support system.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and provide feedback to the product and development teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery.
• Assist clients with onboarding and product usage to ensure maximum value realization.

• Previous experience in a client-facing support role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
