Pay: $20/hr

Monday - Friday

Hybrid ( 3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

Shift between 6am to 7 pm

• Handle inbound between 75
  -95 calls daily from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality service
• Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests
• Educate and counsel customers on policy terms and cancellation process
• Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account information
• Place outbound calls as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
