• Proven experience in customer success , account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for remote interactions.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.
