As a home-based professional in ON or BC, you will partner closely with a Customer Success Director. Your mission will be to strengthen client relationships, ensure smooth renewals, and identify opportunities to expand account potential. Regular travel to customer sites will enhance relationship depth and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct business reviews to foster engagement
• Maintain smooth renewal processes for customer satisfaction
• Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts

• Align with directors on strategic account plans
Requirements:
• 4+ years in customer success or similar fields
• Strong relationship and communication capabilities
• Comfort with data analysis for opportunity identification
• Proven track record in meeting retention goals
• Degree preferred, or equivalent experience accepted
