Premier NX is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to respond to consumer inquiries via phone, chat, text, and email from a remote location. The role requires empathy, accuracy, and professional communication across multiple channels.
You will log cases in CRM tools, maintain product knowledge, and comply with SOPs while working a fixed schedule in a high-volume environment.
A.ca work authorization is required, and company equipment is provided.
