Ascensus seeks a client-focused agent to support participants via remote call center operations. You will respond to inquiries, process claims, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Training runs 4–6 weeks from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, after which shifts run 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST.
This fully remote role requires strong Excel and Office skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to manage stress while delivering excellent customer service.
