Senti Link is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a remote US-based role. You will own relationships with Enterprise accounts across banks, credit unions, and fintechs, while gaining deep fraud-domain knowledge and advising on product usage and renewals.
Responsibilities include onboarding, dashboard trainings, and regular business reviews. You’ll collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and growth. Travel up to 25% is required.
