WebTPA, a Guide Well Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from providers and members. This part-time role requires 20 hours per week with a training period and a consistent schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday.
The position pays $18 per hour plus quarterly bonuses and expects strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
