Remote Membership Road Service Advisor

Location: Area E (Thornhill)

Join CAA Club Group as a Remote Membership Road Service Advisor, emphasizing customer service and empathetic communication in a supportive team environment. This role is crucial for ensuring Members' safety and satisfaction.

In this customer-centric position, you will provide top-notch support for our Members by handling inquiries via calls and texts. With a focus on first-call resolutions, your ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems will be vital. This full-time role offers both afternoon and overnight shifts, with training held virtually and onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer Member calls and texts promptly

• Provide first call resolution for all complaints

• Deliver exceptional Member-centric services

• Problem-solve using a solutions-oriented approach

• Escalate issues to appropriate Resolution Centre contacts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education completion required

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings

• Familiarity with Ontario/Manitoba road systems

• High-speed wired internet connection required
