Tecovas is seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Associates for remote nationwide work during the holiday season. Start Oct 12 and end Jan 16, with mandatory training Oct 12–16 and Oct 19–23 (9am–1pm CT). Flexible hours include extended holiday shifts in mornings, weekends, and evenings.
You will handle inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, offer product advice on style and fit, and work with leadership to refine policies and retention programs while upholding Tecovas’ values.
