Location: Northern
, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Seasonal Representative to join our team remotely from Florida during the holiday season. You'll handle inbound inquiries via chat, phone and email; assist with orders and shipping details; and use Gladly, MS Office and our internal tools to resolve issues. Part-time shifts 25–30 hours per week November through January, with a schedule that covers early mornings to evenings and weekends.
