Grainger, a top distributor, is seeking a Field Operations Associate for a remote, fixed-term contract role lasting approximately six months. Successful candidates will possess over three years in customer service or sales environments and demonstrate self-motivation and strong problem-solving abilities. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inventories, performing machine repairs, and assisting onsite with various tasks and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel up to 500km per day to visit customer sites

• Manage inventory by stocking and scanning products

• Resolve customer issues while ensuring product accuracy

• Help generate new orders during site visits

• Collaborate with sales to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 3+ years in customer service or sales

• Must be tech-savvy and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills required
