We are currently looking for Virtual Call Center Representatives to join our team. Placement of hired candidates will be determined according to the candidate's overall qualifications and fit for the job as well as business requirements and staffing needs. We want our reps to start in the best position where they will succeed.

This position requires the ability to work Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central Time on a fixed schedule. Agents are able to create their own schedule based on company hours and availability. One weekend day is required, with a minimum of 4 hours.

• Follow up with prospective homeowners who have specific home improvement needs.

• Outbound call center experience is required.
• Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal tactfully with callers in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics related to performance and quality of work.
• Receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback and a strong desire to continuously improve.
• Able to multitask—talk on the phone while using the computer for long periods.
• Above-average computer and typing skills; 35 WPM minimum keyboarding required.
• A team player who works well with coworkers and enjoys helping people succeed.
• Able to commit to a set schedule.

• Competitive hourly wage with an increase after 30 days (pay based on prior call center experience).
• All employees earn paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment, regardless of full-time or part-time status.
• Paid online/virtual training.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Must be a resident of Texas.
• Able to commit to a set fixed schedule.

• High-speed wired internet connection only; wireless/Wi-Fi not accepted.
• Computer must plug directly into the modem to work with the system.
• Operating system Windows 11 or greater with at least 16 GB of RAM and a 2.1GHz or higher processor.
• Download MS Office or Open Office and install Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers (technical help available).
• Webcam for trainings and meetings.
• Headset will be provided.
