French-Speaking Customer Service Representative; Remote – Greece

Bring your French to an international customer experience team and build your career from Greece. You'll work fully from home, and if you're moving from elsewhere in the EU, relocation support is included.

• Language: French (C1+) and English (B2+)
• Work model: 100% remote within Greece
• Base: Athens for relocating candidates; anywhere in Greece if you already live there
• Start dates: Multiple intakes available

You'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling enquiries by phone, email and/or chat. Day to day, you will:

• Resolve customer questions and requests efficiently and professionally
• Keep accurate records of every interaction in internal systems
• Work to company quality standards and guidelines
• Represent the brand positively and ensure customer satisfaction

• Fluent French (C1 or above) and good English (B2 or above)
• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
• Clear communicator and confident problem-solver
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Comfortable using standard computer tools and systems
