Remote Travel Agent

As a Remote Travel Agent you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to offer recommendations, confirm bookings, and ensure a smooth travel process from start to finish. This is a client-facing, service-driven role, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and excited about travel.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and book travel arrangements including airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel restrictions, and requirements
• Maintain detailed records of itineraries, payments, and client communication
• Monitor bookings for changes, cancellations, or disruptions and assist clients accordingly
• Deliver outstanding customer service with timely and professional communication
• Stay informed on travel trends, tools, and partner offerings

• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with online travel platforms and digital communication tools
• High attention to detail and time management
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Must be 18 or over
• Must be a US citizeen
