Jr. Customer Service Officer; Fully Remote

• Provide quality customer support to global users of BTSE's multi-currency digital assets exchange and derivatives platform via various online channels.
• Handle highly sensitive financial and non-financial account information with strict adherence to proper processes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process merchant payments accurately within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve transaction-related issues efficiently.
• Help manage and update FAQ, SOP, and knowledge base tools for new features and requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in Crypto, Fin Tech, or Banking.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Strong soft skills including courtesy, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of Crypto and Fiat Spot/Futures.
• Identity verification (KYC) experience.
• Familiarity with CRM/CSR systems and workflows.
