We're looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to help support clients throughout the planning and service process.
As a Remote Customer Experience Coordinator
, you'll assist with communication, scheduling, follow-up, reservations, and general coordination to help keep each client experience organized and on track.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do- Respond to client questions and requests
- Gather preferences, dates, and important details
- Coordinate schedules and confirmations
- Provide updates and follow up on pending items
- Maintain accurate client records
- Assist with reservation and planning details
- Research information when needed
- Help manage changes or special requests
- Strong communication skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Reliable follow-through
- Comfort working independently
- Ability to manage multiple requests
- Familiarity with email, calendars, and online systems
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Customer-service mindset
Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
