This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service—all from the comfort of your home. • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain customer records and update databases accurately after each interaction.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Follow call center scripts and company guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

• Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations at all times.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.

• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.

• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Freshers Welcome: Full training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

• Flexible shifts available (Full-time and Part-time options).

• Rotational shifts including weekends may apply depending on business needs.

• Knowledge of basic customer service principles and practices.
