Apple One Employment Services seeks a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR 2 - Client Support) to assist Marketplace consumers with health coverage questions from home. Must reside in New Jersey and have a compliant home office; BYOD allowed.
Training runs 3 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern, with an initial 6-month assignment and potential for permanent conversion. Availability includes Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and occasional weekend shifts; bilingual pay differential may apply.
