Junior Customer Success Analyst; Fully Remote

• Manage a portfolio of customers during onboarding, monitoring progress, engagement, adoption, and potential risks.
• Support customer retention by identifying churn risks, conducting negotiations, and developing action plans with stakeholders.
• Use data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to prioritize interactions and operate the portfolio efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or customer service, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work with CRM systems and performance indicators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, plus curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
