Assist Quick Books customers with questions about Quick Books Online Advanced, Payroll and Payments. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate the platform to find the right solutions. Proficiency in Quick Books required.

Call types can include:

Software functionality and navigation
Account management
Quick Books Online Payments
Payroll support
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
Guidance on relevant Quick Books products (cross-selling when applicable)

Earnings Potential

Earn up to $0.33/handle minute with a 45-minute minimum guarantee
Contractors on this program typically earn $14.85 - $19.80/hour based on call volume and availability

Skills Needed

Proficiency in Quick Books (2+ years experience required)
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone.

Work Environment Requirements

Technology Requirements

Personal computer (no tablet)
Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed

Windows 11 operating system
