Work From Home Workflow Planner

We're looking for a Travel Workflow Planner to support the behind the scenes coordination of client travel. This position focuses on keeping trip information organized, monitoring itinerary details, and helping ensure travel arrangements stay accurate as plans develop.

• Review and organize client travel information
• Maintain itinerary details, schedules, and reservation records
• Research lodging, destinations, activities, and other travel options
• Coordinate trip logistics and reservation information
• Monitor updates, changes, and special requests
• Communicate relevant information with clients and travel partners
• Keep records and travel details current throughout the planning process

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to manage several tasks while staying organized
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to learn new platforms and processes
• Previous travel industry experience is not required
