• Assist customers through chat, email, or phone with inquiries about orders, product availability, returns, and more.

• Navigate internal systems efficiently to locate product and order information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality assurance.

• Uphold Wayfairs brand voice and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• A positive attitude, high energy, and a customer-first approach.

• No prior experience required; entry-level position.

• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or call center roles is a plus but not mandatory.

• Full training will be provided upon hiring.

• Flexible shifts available, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend options.

• Full-time and part-time schedules are both offered.

• Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
