• Assisting with prescription benefits and coverage questions
• Helping customers track and manage medication deliveries
• Resolving billing, payment, and eligibility inquiries
• Researching claims and authorization issues
• Navigating multiple systems to find solutions quickly
• Documenting customer interactions accurately
• Providing outstanding service and achieving first-call resolution whenever possible

Required Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to attend and successfully complete training

Preferred Qualifications

• Call center experience
• Healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or medical office experience
• Previous remote work experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology or health benefits

• Private, distraction-free workspace
• Hard-wired ethernet internet connection
• Minimum internet speeds: 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload
• No satellite internet, hotspots, or 5G internet connections
• Must be comfortable remaining on camera during working hours

This program operates 7 days a week, and team members must be flexible to work any scheduled shift within 8am-11pm EST. This may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
